Individual Performance

Awarded to an individual employed by a company that deserves to be recognised for their contributions.

The entrant can be an individual or part of a team and must demonstrate how their contribution has proactively helped the company improve performance.

Technology and Innovation

Awarded to a UK-based company which is primarily engaged in manufacturing products using engineering, sheet metal, metal forming, fabrication, and/or appropriate software.

Entrants will be required to highlight how a specific piece of technology or technological product/ process has helped improve the overall manufacturing process.

Operational Excellence

Awarded to a UK-based company operating in the engineering, sheet metal, metal forming and/or fabrication sector which can demonstrate an outstanding commitment to improving its operational excellence.

This could include recognised sustainability best practice, environmental change, production process changes, adoption of new technologies or new working processes that have helped steer the business in a better direction.
