Bruderer UK is promising to make a major impact on MACH 2014 after announcing it will reveal a ‘world first’ and two strategic partnerships at the Show (Apr 7th-11).

Harwin (L)

The Luton-base company, which offers high-precision fully-automated stamping presses, is looking to build on a record year in 2013 by attracting new customers in the automotive, aerospace and renewables fields.

It will showcase – for the first time anywhere in the world – the fully operational BRUDERER BSTA 280-75 with newly-designed BPG planetary gearbox together with Leicht Stanzautomation drum decoiler and rewinder.

This machine has already been bought in a £500,000 deal and will be transported direct to electronic component specialist Harwin Plc’s Portsmouth facility after the event.

Visitors to Bruderer’s stand (4548) will also be able to find out more about the firm’s new partnerships with Zani Presses and Zehnder & Sommer, with the latter displaying high-speed servo feed units  that can operate up to 2000 strokes per minute (SPM).

Mark Crawford, Sales and Service Manager, commented: “MACH 2014 is a very important show for us and provides us with a perfect platform to introduce a number of new developments to the power press world.

“Firstly, our state-of-the-art BRUDERER BSTA 280-75 B2 machine will be a fully operational production line making electronic components.

He continued: ”We’ll also be showcasing our new relationship with Zani Presses, which gives our customers access to presses up to 1000 tonnes with their HIPRO Master, POWER Master, SERVO Master & MOTION Master press ranges…ideal for those clients looking for bigger pressing capacity.

“With all these new additions, we are expecting 2014 to be a very big year and we’re ideally looking to push turnover from £3m to £4m over the course of the next twelve months.”

If you are planning on visiting Stand 4548, you will also see:

  • A full range of servo, air and mechanical feeders
  • Coil handing suitable for any width strip size, including wire forms.
  • Latest technology in material welders, which are totally CNC controlled
  • A selection of the latest lubrication systems
  • FIBRO new range of gas springs

Mark concluded: “This is the most definitive range of presses and equipment we have ever put together, giving our clients anything they would ever need in a press shop environment.

“With the recent upturn in UK manufacturing, we are expecting this year’s MACH to be one of the best for decades.”
