Since purchasing the intellectual property from PJ Hare Presses in 2019, One Stop Systems (OSA Systems Limited) has grown considerably as a company offering press servicing, technical support and is now a manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic presses. We now also proudly own the PJ Hare Limited and Hare Press Limited company names as part of our One Stop family.
Hare Presses are a name associated with British Made quality and bespoke design to meet the individual customer’s needs. OSA Systems have continued this tradition by providing support, service, maintenance for Hare Presses, whilst a dedicated team provides support for spares and parts for all of the Hare Press range using the original drawings. The team have worked throughout lockdown and are proud to have supported our customers to keep production going in the most challenging circumstances.
Working closely with our sister company One Stop Automation, we have successfully automated production lines and machine development. This partnership alongside the engineering team has seen the development of full light screen upgrades (with PLC), new CE and CA marking, Declaration of Conformity and revised electrical drawings linked to the original manufacturing of the machine.
Our vision is to continue to build on the heritage of Hare Presses which have a proven track record in a wide range of industries, whilst bringing safety standards to latest PLe level. Our factory smart presses offer remote diagnostics, flexibility for integration and automation in the factory environment. Working with our hydraulics manufacturer, we offer the benefit of their support and reliability to make sure parts are available anywhere in the world. In addition with the remote access to a new press, we are able to diagnose from afar, to ensure reduced down time on production and a solution focused approach. These developments on proven designs allow for greater customer choice and solutions to their needs. 
Over the last couple of years, OSA Systems have built up a skilled team of experts in design, maintenance and engineering to focus on solutions and innovation. This team have developed processes to strip and completely refurbish existing Hare presses to meet current safety requirements and improve productivity and efficiency for today’s current market. To date the manufacture of our new presses has been undertaken to provide customers the opportunity to add to their Hare press collection but with the additional improvements previously mentioned. The smallest hydro-pneumatic press in our range the RC150 (1.5-5T) was launched at the beginning of the year and builds on the design of the AM150.
With our experience at OSA Systems, we are in a unique position to offer press and machine design, automation and maintenance resulting in a ‘One Stop Solution’.
